Cancellation Policy

Single Villa Booking - 100% Refund 7 Days Prior to your arrival / Reschedule 4 Days Prior to your arrival (Subject to rate change Pro Rata Basis) / No Refund 3 Days Prior to your arrival.

Group Villa Booking - 100% Refund 14 Days Prior to your arrival / Reschedule 11 Days Prior to your arrival (Subject to rate change Pro Rata Basis) / No Refund 10 Days Prior to your arrival.

In a situation of cancellation and if the payment is made via a payment gateway (3rd Party), there shall be a deduction of 3.10% plus 18% GST (transaction charges) while refunding the paid amount. Applicable for all bookings & also eligible for free cancellation bookings.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
