Documents Require

For Indian nationals, valid photo identity proof along with an address by the central/state government will be acceptable - (Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID)

Foreign Nationals are requested to carry scanned copies of the passport & visa as it is a statutory requirement - (Mandatory for all foreign nationals). Please carry the original document as well for verification.

All guests are requested to carry documents as mentioned in point above, applicable on individual and group bookings.

Taxes

Taxes are imposed by government authorities and are subject to change at the discretion of the government / if any changes which may be collected at resort.

Confirmation

All reservations will be confirmed only against advance payment by bank transfer, bank deposit (less than 49000/-) or by payment link from the resort.

Invoices

For the GST invoice, kindly let us know at the time of booking / confirmation with GST Certificate. Post check-out we are unable to make any changes to the invoices.

Villa Keys

Guests are particularly requested to deposit their villa keys at the reception counter while going out.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at our resort (Pet friendly) / We request our guest not to use resort linen or towels for pet & not to allow pets to sleep on bed or sofa. Deposit of Rs. 5,000 will be required and will be refunded if there is no harm to property.

Smoking & Hookah

Smoking & Hookah strictly not allowed inside villa / Both can be done outside sitting area of Villas.

Swimming Pool

Pool Operation Hours 08:00 Am to 08:00 Pm / No Lifeguard on Duty / Guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear while using the pool & have shower before / Swimming Pool is exclusively for the use of registered villas guests. No outside Visitors or guest guests are allowed / Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed inside the pool area.

Food & beverages'

Outside food, beverages (alcoholic/ non-alcoholic) is allowed / We request our guest we do have our own set up in providing Veg & Non Veg à la carte menu or set menu.

Breakfast Setup

Breakfast Buffet setup will be subject to total occupancy of the villas, otherwise, the breakfast meals will be table served inside your villa on villa dining table. Please note our breakfast is VEG / if you would like to have Non Veg option Esperanza Villas menu will be given to the guest & can order with an additional charges.

Set Menu (Group Booking)

Group Booking of minimum 20 Pax we can arrange for set menu at extra cost from Veg Delight / Mix Delight / Non Veg Delight. Guest are requested to set menu 2 days prior to arrival.

Liability

Esperanza Villas by SVAR Stays (M/s SVAR Hospitality LLP) management & staff is not responsible for any loss, accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while using the property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any other person for whom they are responsible.

Right of Admission

The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the resort premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her villa at moment without pervious notice.

Amendment

The Management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of said terms, conditions, and or rules.
